Writers at Westclox Chapter Two
Fire on Fifth Pizza will host Writers at Westclox Chapter Two, at the historic Westclox Event Center, 300 5th Street in Peru, IL, on Saturday, Nov. 7.
Organized by local authors, Angelique Burrell and C. D. White, this book fair brings together over 30 local authors and will offer something for many reading ages and interests. Taking place from noon to 4 p.m., this family-friendly event is free and open to the public. Come to talk with authors about their work, purchase signed books, and, of course, enjoy drinks & pizza!
The first 50 attendees will receive a free tote bag, and one lucky person will be randomly selected for a bookish gift basket. Meet representatives from area libraries and writers of contemporary women's fiction, poetry, thriller, romance, memoir, humor, non-fiction, mystery, suspense, sports romance, paranormal, YA, children's books, instructional, sci-fi, fantasy, stories with local settings, graphic novel, and more!
